So let's dance 'til it's the morning Come on and join in You're twirling like a ballerina Don't you just sit there making wishes You've got to live like you mean it It's a Fiesta gonna get you So let the rhythm move your feet And move to the music You know you can do it You only get one chance at life Don't be complacent with your stride Life's just one big Electric Slide So everybody just move to the music

Every time we crave motion When we know something's gotta give... There's a source that keeps us moving There's nothing to fear Save your breath Find your heart We're in this together and we all play a part in this mystery Yesterday is history And I think you'll find it feels so good to Change Your Mind

Mind's Eye 04:29
I wanna go back to taking pictures with my eyes Spontaneous phone calls, knocking on doors And catching my friends by surprise When messages waited patiently on my answering machine and the intelligence that connected us was bigger than any screen Oh doesn't it seem there's so many screens We're living the dream But it's not what it seems For that which empowers us can surely devour us We gotta hold on to ourselves we gotta hold on to each other For with all our strength and power We can't rearrange the final hour And there's nothing we take with us When we go, when we go, when we go... Stop looking down Start looking side to side Catch the panorama Oh your mind is the camera (camera) Start looking up Twist your head all around Do you see the sights Can you hear the sound Of your heartbeat pounding and your feet on the ground? You can keep your head in the sky Taking pictures with your mind's eye... Taking pictures with your mind's eye... Open your mind, open your mind's eye (Let it go) (Catch, release) Can we agree on one thing first? Turn the lens around lift your eyes from the ground Cause it's not the Y-O-Universe That which devours us can surely empower us We gotta hold on to ourselves so we can hold on to each other Be quick to find forgiveness Live your life as love's star witness 'Cause there's nothing we take with us When we go, when we go, when we go... Stop looking down Start looking side to side Catch the panorama Oh your mind is the camera (camera) Start looking up Twist your head all around Do you see the sights Can you hear the sounds Of your heartbeat pounding and your feet on the ground You can keep your head in the sky Taking pictures with your mind's eye... Taking pictures with your mind's eye...

Falling away in the dusty backyard Sits a chair for a party of one Perhaps it was placed there to gaze up at the stars Or expose someone's skin to the sun Whatever the story, whatever the reason It's clear to see that this chair has weathered every season Oh but still there it sits all alone in the mist Facing nowhere and holding no one But there was a time when that chrome frame did shine When its bones and its skin weren't neglected Pulled up to a table of family and friends And lovers at parties where the nights would never end oh... To see it you wouldn't expect it But it reminds me that... We're connected No, you're never alone As long as you're reaching You can always find home So pick up the phone And pull up that chair Cause when you need me baby When you need me darling I'll be there You know I'll be there <Instrumental> You know sometimes I like to think As I stare out the window by that old kitchen sink That the story of every scene Runs deeper than what can be seen So be open I said be open to the unexpected And just remember that We're connected No, you're never alone As long as you're breathing You're already home So pick up the phone And pull up that chair Cause when you need me baby When you need me darling just remember that We're connected No, you're never alone As long as your heart's beating You're already home So pick up the phone And pull up the chair Cause when you need me When you need me oh... I'll be there

Slow Down 06:44
If at first you don't succeed Try and try again to feed your soul But it's not a race to the finish line Trust the path to be just right As soon as we stop fighting Life just moves so fast I think its time we take some time To Slow Down There is sound in the silence ANd there is space in the stillness I said there is sound in the silence And there is space if you listen But to hear it you've got to slow down That's why I take two breaths in the morning I take two breaths at night I take two breaths in the afternoon It makes me feel allright I take two breaths in time of peace and two in time of war I take two breaths before I take two breaths and then I take two more Just breathe... Breathe in, Breathe out

Deep in these bones there are stories untold Would they make a sound if nobody listened? There will come a day when it all goes away And my memory fades to a whisper. Until that day, 'til my dying day Don't be led astray by the ones who tell my story I'll sink down to my grave and though you may know my name While my truth is chains there can be no glory. Can you hear me now?

about

'Loopholes' is the first full length studio album by cellist/singer/songwriter Jenuine Cello (Jen Mulhern). Equipped with a cello and a voice, a 6-string NS electric cello, and a knack for glitchy beat-boxing, she explores the boundaries of genre-bending loop-based songwriting. 'Loopholes' captures the live energy of the one-woman cello army with a collection of tracks born out of live performances and developed to their full potential in the studio with the oversight of co-producer/engineer Adrian Benavides of Bilderberg Music in Austin, TX. Additional drums by Craig MacIntyre (Goo Goo Dolls).
